A reflection on how LGBTQ+ people still suffer due to their sexualities.
I wish to try to remake this as the text floated off in unexpected ways that I think distract the viewer.

It's still so common to be called "gay", "queer", "fag" etc. as an insult. This quote reflects the impact these words can have.
I'm satisfied with how this gif turned out. I think it communicates the message clearly.

Trial for "Give me my sin again". I thought about maybe keeping it digital but I feel like my gifs lose their charm - they look too clean and neat.

When transgender individuals choose to change their names, their friends and family often start to treat them differently. I wanted to reflect on this in this gif and suggest that people are still the same as they've always been, even if they now go by different names.

This quote felt relevant to asexuality, so I chose to use the asexual flag. I also chose to put it into a heart symbol to tie in with the theme of love and relationships.
I don't feel like the type of animation on this is relevant to the message. I want to change this.

In this gif, I wanted to try something a bit different. I did some research into where homosexuality carries a death penalty, and used thier flags as a backdrop to this quote. I feel like this gif isn't necessarily clear in it's communication as it doesn't include any imagery to suggest homosexuality. However, in the context of my set of manifesto gifs, perhaps it's clear enough in it's meaning.
